Meet Tehla

Since as far back as I can remember I have always been drawn to and inspired by crystals (and fairies, but that's a story for another time!). Crystals are fascinating teachers and healers, alive and full of wisdom, and I believe that it is the crystals that choose us, not the other way around. Have you ever been drawn to a crystal but not quite sure why? Every crystal that reveals itself to us is for a purpose, whether we are aware of it or not. 

 

It is the crystals themselves that hold the essence of the healing, the role of energy guides like myself is to ensure my energy channels are open and pure, and that each crystal selected for a session is treated like royalty and cleansed regularly and before and after crystal healing sessions, maintaining the purest intentions of healing for the highest good.

My most profound experiences have included crystals of a range of spectrums - from rose quartz to citrine; celestite to moss agate and hematite - and most recently - petrified wood (yes, it is a crystal)! 

It is this connection, personal healing, learning and love for crystals that led me to undertake crystal healing training through Rachelle Charman's Crystal Awakening Program, and Kyle Gray's Crystal Energy Guide training. Supported by my background as a qualified yoga teacher, I have received certification as a Kyle Gray Crystal Energy Guide and Certified Angel Guide, as well as approval as a practitioner of Rachelle Charman's Levels 1 and 2 Crystal Awakening Training. I offer personalised crystal healing sessions at The Crystal Healing Room, workshops and spiritual guidance as well as weaving crystal healing lovingly into my private yoga sessions and meditations.
